Where computation is to be carried to the nearest tenth, and "on time" and "off time" are
expressed in seconds, consecutive, and as defined in 6.4.2 and 6.4.3, respectively.
6.4.6 Turn on (starting) time. "Turn on time" is defined as the time elapsed between an
instant that the control lever is moved from neutral position into right hand (RH) or left hand
(LH) position and the instant that the total current to the RH or LH tail lamps, as applicable,
reaches two amperes.
6.4.7 Turn off time. "Turn off time" is defined as the time elapsed between an instant
that the control lever is moved from RH or LH position into neutral position and the instant that
all noticeable lamp luminosity ceases.
